114學年度第1學期期中學生學習意見調查相關事項公告

說明：

一、為瞭解學生對課程品質的滿意程度並作為教師教學改進的參考，本調查採「匿名填寫」，不會影響學生課業成績，請安心詳實填寫。

二、學生學習意見調查採「期中」、「期末」兩階段進行，本次為「期中」調查。

學生填答期間：114年10月6日中午12時至10月24日中午12時

填寫方式：

一、學生登錄方式：【校務行政系統】→【學生資訊系統】→【A101教學評量填寫】→【A1007S期中學習意見調查】

二、教師登錄方式：【校務行政系統】→【教職員資訊系統】→【A102教學意見結果查詢】→【A1015S期中教學意見回饋】

注意事項：

一、教師可於期中調查期間，線上瀏覽並回應學生意見至11月7日中午12時。

二、學生可於11月7日中午12時以後，查詢教師回覆內容。

Fillingperiod：

The midterm teachingevaluation system will be available from 12pm, Oct. 6to 12 pm, Oct. 24, 2025.
Descriptions：

The purpose of this survey isto offer the instructors a better understanding of students' opinions towardthe course and to provide valuable information for future instructionaladjustments.
